Apartment Terms & Conditions
No Pets.
No Parties or Events.
No overnight Visitors.
Only one outside Visitor at a time.
No Visitor on property without Booked Guest present.
No Visitor on property past County 10:00 PM noise ordiance.
Paver parking space is for Booked Guest off street parking.
Place your trash outside in garbage can before you leave.
Dirty house laundry put in basket beneath bathroom sink.
You must obtain a post office box for all incoming mail, etc.
Leave the Apartment in the same condition you found it.
No breaking, removing or destroying any property.
No late Check-Out Times.
NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or outside. If you need
to smoke, you need to book someplace else.
By booking my listing you have already agreed that you
have read and agree to all of the rental Conditions and if you
violate the rental Conditions, you will lose your deposit.
